Although I have repaired many different boat covers, this was my first and last custom one about 15 years ago. It was definitely a challenge with all the windows, etc, but it was fun.
This isn’t the final design, because I forgot to take pics. The original design had stress points that tore, so I modified the hatch with zippers running up the whole front.
Side Note:
I still repair boat covers, but I no longer make custom ones. I posted this as an example of my skill.
